Breaded Cauliflower Parm Reading Cheeseburger Hot Pockets 2 minutes Next Buffalo Chicken Ranch Dip

Are you ready to take your grilling game to the next level? Today, we're cooking up something extra special – homemade Cheeseburger Hot Pockets right on the grill!

Ingredients:
- ground beef
- garlic, minced
- shredded cheddar cheese
- biscuit dough
- onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375-400°F (190-200°C). Place the stainless steel wok on the side burner and preheat it as well. We’re using the Napoleon Stainless Steel Wok. Perfect for pan cooking on the grill! Plus you can get your own at Napoleon Home Comfort!
2. In the preheated wok, cook the ground beef, the diced onion and minced garlic until they are soft and fragrant. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Once cooked, remove the wok from the heat and set it aside to cool slightly.
3. Assemble the Hot Pockets: Roll out each biscuit dough piece on a floured surface until it's about 1/4 inch thick. Spoon some of the beef mixture onto one half of each dough round, leaving some space around the edges. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
4. Fold and Seal: Fold the other half of the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape. Press the edges firmly together to seal the hot pocket. You can crimp the edges with a fork to ensure they are sealed tightly.
5. Grill the Hot Pockets: Carefully transfer the assembled hot pockets onto the preheated grill. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
6. Serve: Remove the hot pockets from the grill and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your homemade cheeseburger hot pockets straight from the grill!
