Ingredients:

• 2 chicken breast
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup ranch dressing
• 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350-375°F (175-190°C). Place the Napoleon cast iron sauce pan on the grill to preheat as well.

2. Grill the Chicken: Place the chicken on the preheated grill. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Once cooked, shred the chicken using forks.

3. Prepare the Dip Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce until well coated. Add the softened cream cheese and mix until smooth. Add the ranch dressing and mozzarella cheese and then mix until well combined.

4. Grill the Dip: pour the mixture into the preheated cast iron sauce pan. Carefully place the cast iron sauce pan on the grill. Close the grill lid and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Serve: Once the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted, remove the cast iron sauce pan from the grill using oven mitts. Serve the grilled buffalo chicken ranch dip hot with tortilla chips for dipping.
