Ingredients:

• 4 English muffins, split
• 4 sausage patties
• 4 eggs
• 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, or your favorite cheese)
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Oil, for greasing the egg rings and English muffins

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350-375°F (175-190°C). Place the Napoleon cast iron griddle on the grill to preheat as well.

2. Cook the Sausage Patties: Place the sausage patties directly on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the grill and set aside.

3. Prepare the Eggs: Lightly grease the egg rings with oil to prevent sticking. Place the greased egg rings on the preheated cast iron griddle. Crack one egg into each egg ring. Use a fork to gently break the yolk and spread it slightly. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the eggs are set. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Toast the English Muffins: Place the split English muffins directly on the grill grates, cut side down. Toast for about 2-3 minutes, or until they are lightly golden brown.

5. Assemble the Breakfast Sandwiches: Once the eggs are cooked and the English muffins are toasted, it’s time to assemble the sandwiches. Place a cooked sausage patty on the bottom half of each English muffin. Top each sausage patty with a cooked egg from the griddle. Add a slice of cheese on top of each egg. Finally, place the top half of each English muffin on top to complete the sandwiches.

6. Finish on the Grill: Carefully transfer the assembled breakfast sandwiches back to the grill. Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sandwiches are heated through.

7. Serve and Enjoy: Once the cheese is melted and the sandwiches are heated through, remove them from the grill using a spatula. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious grilled sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches!
