Happy National Pizza Day! Today, we’re celebrating with a unique twist on everyone’s favorite dish: Pizza Spring Rolls on the grill! Let’s get into it!

Ingredients:
- spring roll pastry sheets
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- Water and flour mixture (1 tablespoon flour mixed with 2 tablespoons water)
- pizza sauce
- sliced pepperoni
- Smokin Jon’s Pizza and Pasta Spice
- Olive oil for brushing

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Grill:Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350-375°F (175-190°C).
2. Assemble the Spring Roll Filling: mix together pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Spice up the mixture with smokin Jon’s pizza and pasta spice.
3. Lay out a spring roll pastry sheet on a clean surface. Fill a tablespoon amount of filling onto the pastry
4. Roll the Spring Rolls: Roll up the pastry tightly, using the water and flour mixture to seal the edges by brushing it along the edges of the pastry before rolling it up.
5. Grill the Spring Rolls: Brush the outside of each spring roll with olive oil to help them crisp up on the grill. Place the assembled spring rolls directly onto the grill grate. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the spring rolls are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
6. Serve: Once cooked, remove the spring rolls from the grill and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve with additional pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.
