Ingredients:
⁃ taco seasoning
⁃ ground beef
⁃ shredded cheddar cheese
⁃ diced tomatoes
⁃ shredded lettuce
⁃ diced onions
⁃ sour cream
⁃ mini tortillas

Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375-400°F).
2. In a cast iron pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and add the taco seasoning.
3. Place the mini tortilla shells in a cone shape directly on a cast iron muffin cooker. (cut 1/4 to wrap into cone easier)
4. Fill each taco boat with the seasoned ground beef, onion, tomatoes, and cheese
5. Grill on medium- high until shells are toasted and cheese is melted
6. Layer on your toppings – shredded lettuce, salsa and sour cream
7. Serve these grilled taco boats hot and get ready for a flavor-packed fiesta!
