Welcome back, today we’re making a delicious Grilled Buffalo Chicken Ranch Tater Tot Casserole in a Napoleon cast iron casserole dish

Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking Oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375-400°F (190-200°C).
2. Oil, then season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
4. Remove the chicken breasts from the grill and let them cool slightly. Once cooled, chop the chicken finely.
5. In a bowl, mix together the chicken, 2/3 of the the tater tots, 3/4 of the cheddar cheese, ranch dressing and buffalo sauce until the everything is well mixed. Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce and ranch dressing to taste.
6. Pour the buffalo chicken mixture into the Napoleon casserole dish, spreading it out evenly. Add the remaining frozen tater tots on top then Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
7. With the lid closed, grill for an additional 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
8. Once done, remove the casserole dish from the grill and let it cool for a few minutes before you dig in and try it!
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Grilled Buffalo Chicken Ranch Tater Tot Casserole straight from the grill!
