Ingredients:
⁃ Smokin Jon’s SPGO Spice
⁃ spaghetti squash
⁃ olive oil
⁃ block feta cheese
⁃ cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Prepare the Spaghetti Squash: Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds from the center using a spoon.
3. Brush the cut sides with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and spices
4. Place the seasoned spaghetti squash halves directly on the grill. Grill for about 20-25 minutes or until the flesh is tender and easily pierced with a fork.
5. Place feta in the middle of each half and top with tomatoes
6. Grill the Spaghetti Squash until cheese melts
7. Remove the spaghetti squash from the grill and let it cool for a few minutes. Using a fork, scrape the flesh to create spaghetti-like strands and mix everything together
8. Serve this light and flavorful dish immediately, and savor the delicious combination of grilled spaghetti squash, juicy tomatoes, and the creamy richness of feta cheese.
